Jeremy Philip Northam (born 1 December 1961) is an English actor. He is best known for his roles as Anthony Eden on Netflix's The Crown, Aubrey Longrigg in Our Kind of Traitor, Sir Thomas More on Showtime's The Tudors, Dean Martin in the 2002 television movie Martin and Lewis, Ivor Novello in Gosford Park, Judge Coglin in Amistad, and Mr. Knightley in Emma (1996).
